Agreement on Privileges and Immunities Mali signed the APIC on 20 September 2002 and ratified on 8 July 2004.
Bilateral Immunity Agreement Publicly rejected BIA agreement.
Implementing Legislation Mali has enacted legislation (Loi no. 01-079 du 20 août 2001 portant Code Penal) implementing only complementarity obligations.
