Panama signed the Agreement on Privileges and Immunities on 14 April 2003 and ratified on 16 August 2004.

Reportedly signed BIA agreement on June 24, 2003.
Implementing Legislation
In May 2007, Panama enacted a new Criminal Code including most of the crimes under the Rome Statute as well as complementarity provisions.
