Agreement on Privileges and Immunities
Portugal signed the APIC on 10 September 2002 and ratified on 3 October 2007.
Bilateral Immunity Agreement
The Portuguese Foreign Affairs Ministry has frozen the US proposal. Initially, the deal was turned down by the Consultative Committee of the General Attorney's Office, which had been asked for a verdict by the Foreign Affairs Ministry.
