Agreement on Privileges and Immunities Senegal signed the APIC on 19 September 2002.
Bilateral Immunity Agreement BIA reportedly signed June 21, 2003.
Implementing Legislation The implementation process was completed in March 2007 with the adoption of the law providing for complementarity and cooperation. The law was duly published in the National Gazette of the Republic of Senegal.
