Rome Statute   Sierra Leone signed on 17 October 1998 and ratified on 15 September 2000, becoming the 20th State Party.
Agreement on Privileges and Immunities Sierra Leone signed the APIC on 26 September 2003.
Bilateral Immunity Agreement BIA signed on March 31, 2003 in Freetown. Ratified by Parliament on May 6, 2003.
Implementing Legislation Since April 2008, the Minister of Justice has been working on the draft bill which is not yet public. It is expected that the draft will be open to civil society input once finalized and approved by the Cabinet, prior to being transmitted to the Parliament.
