Agreement on Privileges and Immunities The United Kingdom signed the APIC on 10 September 2002 and ratified on 25 January 2008.
Bilateral Immunity Agreement BIA is under consideration. Signed extradition treaty, including "Side letter" affirming the UK commitment not to extradite US citizens to the ICC, which was signed on March 31, 2003 but must be passed through the US Senate. [Statewatch News]
