Bolivia
Rome Statute   Bolivia signed on 17 July 1998, and ratified the Rome Statute on 27 June 2002, becoming the 71st State Party.
Agreement on Privileges and Immunities Bolivia signed the Agreement on Privileges and Immunities on 23 March 2004 and ratified it on January 20 2006.
Bilateral Immunity Agreement Signed BIA on May 19, 2003. Senate ratified the BIA, but the process was stalled at the Chamber of Deputies. The current administration has stated that it has no intention of ratifying the agreement.
Implementing Legislation The implementation process of the ICC Statute has been recently re-assumed in Bolivia. Working groups to enact a new Code of Criminal Procedures as well as a new Criminal Code have been set up within the Ministry of Justice. The two Codes will include, inter alia, legislation concerning ICC cooperation as well as legislation implementing Rome Statute crimes and principles, respectively.
