Agreement on Privileges and Immunities Cambodia has not acceded to the Agreement on Privileges and Immunities.
Bilateral Immunity Agreement Signed June 27, 2003. Ratified May 18, 2005.
Implementing Legislation The Criminal code and the Criminal Procedure Code was approved in December 2010. It has been written to include crimes against humanity, genocide, and war crimes, following definitions included in the Rome Statute.
