Rome Statute   Central African Republic signed on 7 December 1999. Central African Republic ratified on 3 October 2001, becoming the 41st State Party.
Agreement on Privileges and Immunities Central African Republic ratified the APIC on 10 October 2006.
Bilateral Immunity Agreement BIA announced publicly on 6 April 2004.
Implementing Legislation The drafting process of the new Penal Procedural Codes including both complementarity and cooperation provisions was completed and copies of the draft code were sent to the ministers for review. After its approval in Cabinet, the draft will proceed to the National Assembly to be debated and approved.
