Rome Statute   Czech Republic signed on 13 April 1999. On 23 January 2008, the Czech Cabinet approved the proposal for ratification of the Statute. On 21 July 2009, the Czech Republic formally became the 110th state to join the International Criminal Court by depositing its instrument of ratification to the Rome Statute.
Agreement on Privileges and Immunities Czech Republic acceded to the APIC on 4 May 2011.
Bilateral Immunity Agreement
Implementing Legislation Cooperation: The Ministry of Justice is preparing draft amendments to Czech Criminal Proceedings concerning cooperation with international criminal courts and ad hoc tribunals.
Substantive Criminal Law: In 2004, a draft criminal code was approved by the Government and submitted to the Parliament.
Membership Czech Republic is a member of Like-Minded Country, Council of Europe, Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE).
