Ethiopia did not sign the Rome Statute. During the CICC Africa Strategy Meeting held in Addis Ababa last June, a delegation of CICC members met with the Minister of Justice of Ethiopia. He informed the CICC delegation that the Government has passed a draft law for accession to the RS. The draft must now be adopted by the Parliament. |
