| Implementing Legislation |
Since June-July 2008, there has been a draft bill on Gabon’s penal code which has been made available but only covers some aspects of complementarity.
Presently, the government has given the go ahead for a review by national and international experts in order to come up with a more comprehensive draft that will cover both complementarity and cooperation clauses. |
