Rome Statute   Guinea signed the Rome Statute on 8 September 2000, and ratified on 14 July 2003, becoming the 91st State Party.
Agreement on Privileges and Immunities Guinea signed the APIC on 1 April 2004.
Bilateral Immunity Agreement BIA announced publicly on April 6, 2004.
Implementing Legislation Guinea has neither draft nor enacted implementing legislation. However, NGOs and the government have agreed to create a drafting committee.
