Rome Statute   Argentina signed the Rome Statute on 8 January 1999, and ratified on 8 February 2001, becoming the 28th State Party.
Agreement on Privileges and Immunities Argentina signed the Agreement on Privileges and Immunities on 7 October 2002 and deposited the instrument of ratification at the UN on 1 February 2007.
Bilateral Immunity Agreement Not signed. Unanimous declaration by the Senate on 6 March 2003. Publicly rejected BIA agreement. As State Member to the MERCOSUR, Argentina signed the Common Position adopted on June 20, 2005 in Asunción, Paraguay.
Implementing Legislation On December 13, 2006 the National Congress approved the ICC Implementation Law (Law #26200) which includes both complementarity and cooperation norms. The law was enacted on January 5,2007.
Membership Friends of the ICC, Like-Minded Group (no longer active),OAS (Organization of American States), Rio Group, MERCOSUR.
