Rome Statute   Côte d'Ivoire ratified the Rome Statute on 15 February 2013. Côte d’Ivoire’s ratification of the Rome Statute comes almost 15 years after the state initially signed the treaty on 30 November 1998. A number of legal and constitutional hurdles delayed the process.
Agreement on Privileges and Immunities Côte d'Ivoire has not signed the APIC.
Bilateral Immunity Agreement BIA signed on June 30, 2003.
