| Implementing Legislation |
In 2002, the Cabinet mandated that a working group be established to look at the issues involved in ratifying and implementing the RS into domestic law. The Working Group met over several months and did a clause by clause analysis of the RS, identifying how each article could be implemented. In 2009 the government indicated that it is still conducting internal evaluations. |
