Republic of Korea signed on 8 March 2000, and ratified on 13 November 2002, becoming the 83rd State Party to the Rome Statute.
Agreement on Privileges and Immunities
Republic of Korea signed the Agreement on Privileges and Immunities on 28 June 2004 and ratified it on 18 October 2006.

Implementing Legislation
The Korea Implementing Act for the Rome Statute was passed by the National Assembly on 23 November 2007. The Ministry of Justice promulgated this Act on 21 December 2007.
