Desarrollos de la Corte en relaci�n con otros pa�ses

La Corte abri� formalmente investigaciones en siete situaciones: la Rep�blica Democr�tica del Congo, el Norte de Uganda, Darfur (Sud�n), Rep�blica Centroafricana, Libia, Kenya y C�te d�Ivoire. La Fiscal�a de la CPI tambi�n est� analizando informaci�n de diversos pa�ses de todo el mundo para determinar si es necesario iniciar investigaciones. De acuerdo con las declaraciones p�blicas y oficiales de la CPI, la Fiscal�a est� examinando al menos ocho situaciones en cuatro continentes: entre ellas Afganist�n, Colombia, Georgia, Guinea, Honduras, Corea del Sur y Nigeria. Hasta el momento, la Fiscal�a ha publicado los resultados de sus ex�menes preliminares sobre los presuntos cr�menes cometidos en Palestina, Irak y Venezuela.
