A Ministry of Justice official from Kuwait attended the Inter-sessional Meeting on the Crime of Aggression at Princeton University in June 2005, and expressed continued support for the ICC.

Representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs attended the third Assembly of States Parties in September 2004.

Kuwaiti legal advisers and the Director of the Department of International Relations at the Kuwaiti Ministry of Justice attended the Assembly of States Parties in September 2003.

According to media reports in June 2002, a Kuwaiti law official expressed Kuwait's interest in the establishment of the International Criminal Court (ICC) and its participation in Arab coordination efforts on this issue. Kuwait would like to see the pending definition of the crime of aggression resolved before it moves forward on ratification.
