As of December 2005, the Ambassador of Liechtenstein to the UN, H.E. Christian Wenaweser, continued to serve as the chairperson of the Special Working Group on the Crime of Aggression.

As of October 2004, Liechtenstein had adopted internal legislation implementing the Rome Statute.
