The Coalition works with local members to undertake the following activities:

- Strengthening implementating legislation across the region and providing support to governments drafting implementation legislation;
- Organizing workshops, trainings, and seminars for NGOs, MPs, journalists, and governments to discuss and overcome country-specific obstacles to ratification and implementation;
- Targeted campaigns in sub-regions that have yet to ratify, particularly, the South Caucasus and Central Asian Republics;
- Developing a Balkan coalition on the ICC focusing on implementation;
- Strengthening all national, sub-regional, and regional coalitions working on the ICC; and
- Working closely with regional bodies like the EU to foster universality and full implementation of Rome Statute.
