The Rome Statute of the ICC currently has 124 ratifications/accessions and 139 signatures. Of the 124 Rome Statute ratifications/accessions, 32 are from Africa, 28 from the Americas, 19 from Asia and the Pacific Islands, 42 from Europe and Central Asia, and 3 from the Middle East.

Agreement on Privileges and Immunities
The Agreement on Privileges and Immunities has 75 ratifications/accessions and 62 signatories. Of the 75 APIC ratifications/accessions, 14 are from Africa, 18 from the Americas, 2 from Asia and the Pacific Islands, 40 from Europe and Central Asia, and 1 from the Middle East.

Rome Statute Implementations
There are 47 States Parties that have enacted some form of implementing legislation (either cooperation or complementarity, or both) and more than 20 States Parties that have some form of draft implementing legislation. Some non-States Parties have enacted complementarity legislation by including crimes under the Rome Statute into national criminal law.
